[Company strength]
We have established an integrated system covering from confirmation tests of the specifications required by the customer to system proposals and deliveries. This is based on our synthetic system technology on the dispersion and mixing of materials. We independently develop most of the technology required for our systems in-house. This is why we are highly skilled in responding to customer requirements. We have many patents and patent applications regarding continuous mixing and dispersion systems.

We manufacture VIBROSYSTEM continuous dispersion and mixing equipment for liquids, powders, and gases. We provide products to the chemical, cosmetics, and food industries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Problems occur in conventional tank stirring, such as uneven stirring, residual liquid in the tank, and a large quantity of cleaning waste liquid. We develop tankless systems that realize uniform stirring, yield rates of 99% or more, cleaning waste liquid of 1% or less. This makes it possible to reduce manufacturing costs. Standardization enables quick support. We also excel at the continuous preparation of high-viscosity liquid.

[Representative's message]
We have been concentrating on tankless continuous mixing technology for 40 years since the foundation of our company. We first developed a stationary mixer that is applied to the disposal of factory drainage. The need to develop a manufacturing process without waste liquid became clear based on this experience. This is why we developed our VIBROSYSTEM, which does not use a tank and does not generate cleaning waste liquid. It uses a vibrating mixer that can conduct continuous mixing of liquid with abundant clay, and it has a highly efficient pump. We are pursuing environmentally friendly technology by abolishing waste liquid from manufacturing processes.
