[Company strength]
We were founded in 1999 as the first SPS process center in Japan and we are the pioneer of the spark plasma sintering technology. We started manufacturing and distributing the self-developed SPS machines “LABOX” series in 2011. We accumulated a number of processing know-how and applications from the consignment of SPS production and R&D. We are applying these technologies to the development of SPS machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
SPS method is the next generation processing method of material synthesis also known as Pulse Energized Pressure Sintering Method, Plasma Activated Sintering Method, and Electrically Heated Sintering Method. The distinctive character of SPS method is the multiple driving forces which consist of thermal/mechanical energy used for general sintering, electromagnetic energy by pulse energization, self-heating of targeted objects, and discharge effects between particles.

We applied to our equipment the processing know-how and applications accumulated from the consignment R&D of SPS and sintering process since our foundation. We started manufacturing and distributing SPS machines since 2011: LABOX series for R & D and JPX series for manufacturing. Academic institutions both in Japan and overseas use our products. Our corporate philosophy is “Customer satisfaction, Mutual trust and Growth with customers” based on SPS technology for pursuing “The world of creation”.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We sign a Confidentiality Agreement for mutual disclosure of technologies to prevent leakage to third parties. We mainly use e-mail for contacting overseas customers. English and French are available. For Chinese companies: we contact the agents in China and the agents contact their designated trading companies. We make payments mainly by LC. For Russian companies: we trade through an agent (Japanese trading company) specialized in Russia.
