We are a diversified manufacturer who engages in many areas for a synergistic effect, such as manufacturing of medical supplies, design and sale of feed-water and drainage treatment equipment with ion-exchanged resin, recycling of separating films by washing, manufacturing of functional resin compounds, and manufacturing of healthy food items.  We have sales bases in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka.  We have also established our local subsidiary named “MUROMACHI (SHANGHAI) TRADING CO.  LTD.” in Shanghai, China, to expand our water treatment business.

Our company was founded as a drug manufacturer in 1917.  Since then  we have been growing by applying our accumulated  technologies and focusing on projects for assisting customers in reducing costs and streamlining operations.  We have been diversifying our business into different sectors including medical supplies,  health foods , water treatment , and functional materials such as adhesives  etc.  We have also established a system to develop new projects  and built our corporate culture with the courage to take up new challenges.  In recent years,  we have been launching new projects one after another,  starting with the functional resin compound project in 2010 , which was followed by the project in China , a urea water project, a  pet jelly project,  and a drug synthesis project.

We manufacture our products based on technologies for water treatment, kneading, and medical supply manufacturing.  We will provide products that have never existed before, by leveraging our technologies.  We are also capable of flexibly handling customers' individual needs with our manufacturing techniques and equipment.  We also handle manufacturing on commission.

We are a drug manufacturer founded in 1917.  Since our current president took the post in 1997, we have diversified our operations and taken on new projects one after another for continuous growth. Our next stage is to merge with our subsidiary Muromachi Technos Co. Ltd. in 2014.  Beyond that, we also aim to become a public company listed in a stock exchange in the near future.

We have merged with our sales subsidiary in December 2014.  We have sales bases in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka, as well as manufacturing bases in Fukuoka and Tsukuba.  Overseas,  we have established a local subsidiary named “MUROMACHI (SHANGHAI) TRADING CO.  LTD.” in Shanghai in 2010, and have been developing water treatment business in China.

Environmental burdens and the risk of fire can be reduced by replacing organic solvent resin with solventless resin. The drying step can also be omitted, and the time and cost can be reduced by eliminating water and organic solvent.

We have an OA supply business that recycles toner cartridges, whereas our “green up” business plans and sells greening materials such as sheets for weed prevention and planting. Both the “recycling” and “greening” sections of our business are environmentally friendly. Our company is a pioneer of weed control sheets in Japan that can shut out weeds and ensure that only the desired plants grow. Our weed control and planting sheets have contributed to the widespread greening of sloped terrain and median strips.
