[Company strength]
We have 100 employees and are known as a major die manufacturing company. There are only selected few companies in Japan that have a 1000t mechanical press exclusively for trial. Further, we have developed our business widely as a Monozukuri (manufacturing) support company not only in manufacturing of press dies but also in technical support and proposal of engineering developments.

[Business description]
We mainly deal in press molds for automobiles and home electrical appliances while undertaking design and manufacture of equipment associated with dies such as equipment for conveyance between dies. In addition, we support launching of local procurement of dies by dispatching our engineers. We also manufacture and distribute a new type of press machine developed by us, which is called the Cam-Link-Press while making significant efforts in molding development, as well as manufacturing proposal for thick plate and parts that are difficult to mold. Alternatively, we provide supports in all aspects related to manufacturing such as reverse engineering based on three-dimensional measuring device and battery recycle business for electric forklift truck.

[Strength of products/technologies]
The thick plate forming technology we are developing now makes it possible to press form thick plate parts, which were previously manufactured by hot forging and machine processing. It saves machining time, energy and resources. We manufacture complicated three-dimensional drawing shape parts with the thick plate using our invention, Cam-Link-Press, capable of high pressure output without causing spring back. Cam-Link-Press is a new pressing machine with a simple and compact housing structure and demonstrates strong welding pressure and a high accuracy of press processing, realizing space-saving and low costs compared with a conventional servo press.

We have been manufacturing press dies since the foundation of the company. Our dies are now used in production sites around the world with a wide range of business partners ranging from Toyota Auto Body to major automobile and press manufacturers. We also offer technical support by dispatching technical staff from our company to start up die production at local sites along with the progress of overseas production. We will strive to play a main role in the core of manufacturing in the future displaying our company's technical capabilities primarily in the die sector.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Each manufacturer has been  struggling against difficulties in improving and adjusting the level of dies with high precision, which are used in local sites amid the recent progress in local procurement of dies. We directly dispatch our technical staff to production sites whether domestic or overseas for technical support. We have sent technical staff members to all over the world, including the U.S. UK, Canada, Czech, China, Thailand, Vietnam, India, and Brazil. We have just established a technical relationship with local automobile manufacturers in Vietnam while providing support to the first development of a domestic car in Vietnam.
