We have distinctive technologies of special blow molding, including large-scale blow molding, double blow molding, super-blow molding, multi-layer blow molding, and others. We have developed unique technologies such as a large-scale molding technology that enables integral molding of a product with 2300 mm length and 1400 mm width.  We have also developed the double flow molding technology, which excels in embossed transcription, as well as the super-blow molding technology, which employs foamed beads.

[Company strength]
Our main blow molding includes large-scale blow molding, double blow molding, super blow molding, multi-layer blow molding, TP process, and other special blow molding technologies that other companies do not own. We will offer all processes including selection of raw materials, consideration of formability and processability including shapes, workability, packing, and distribution.  We consider the customer's concept, required performance, and target cost for their products, ranging from large-scale formed parts to exterior products.

We manufacture automobile parts, housing equipment parts, musical instrument cases, and other products, using our plastic molding (blow molding and injection molding) methods.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can manufacture all sizes using our blow molding method.  The followings are examples: 1. Integral molding up to the size of 2300 mm length and 1400 mm width for large scale blow molding 2. Molded products with excellent embossed transcription and uniform thickness through double blow molding 3. Super blow molded products of which hollow parts are simultaneously filled and molded with foamed beads which are suitable for heat insulation and weight reduction purposes 4. Multi-layer blow molding which can provide the properties including a soft touch gas barrier through molding resin with 3 to 4 kinds of laminated resins between the surface layer and the inner layer 5. TP process which manufactures double wall molded products with deep drawn box shape. We are manufacturing original and unique technologies to respond to our customer's needs.

Our company became independent from Hatachi Industry Co. Ltd. as a company specializing in blow technologies in 1979. We propose new application development to users based on special (patented) technologies such as super blow molding as well as double blow molding, and our blow molding is highly regarded for its superiority. We are putting emphasis on market development while receiving research and development support such as new coordination business and business under the Strategic Core Technology Advancement Program in development of additional technologies. We are attempting new technology development and would like to contribute to society through the establishment of a more effective production system.

Our Sales and Technical Department will respond to new business and questions on resin molding to customers on all matters from quote submission to technical consultations and preproduction/mass-production start-up. Additionally we have a production base in Thailand where sales and manufacturing organizations respond to inquiries on medium size blow molded and injection molded products.

Market share of our prefabricated bathroom ceiling panel (in heat insulating specification) manufactured through super blow molding is approximately 10 percent in Japan.
