[Company strength]
We excel in techniques and know-how in cutting , pressing,  stamping, and bending, of all materials (except for glass)  including iron , copper,  aluminum, and silver.  Based on this, we have designed and manufactured diverse machines including shirring devices,  drilling machines , hydraulic brakes, and hydraulic press machines for cold forging.  After their first purchase, our customers have strong confidence in us and many have become repeaters.

[Business description]
We started business with design and manufacture of shirring devices and hydraulic brakes. We then started developing equipment and machinery for production of truck bodies, then expanded into manufacture of hydraulic press machines for cold forging. We now focus on work loading devices of these machines, as well.  Recently we designed and manufactured a device that applies one-pack type lubricant to the work of hydraulic press machines for cold forging.  This device was certified under the New Partnerships Support Program in 2009, and is now produced under the PULSKIP brand, taking customer requisites including tact time for press machines and works, as well as  their monthly production volume, into account.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have never blindly followed general specifications when we receive an order for customized products.   We fully leverage our techniques and know-how in cutting, pressing,  stamping, and bending, of various materials such as metals, paper, fabric, rubber, plastic, and felt, to make proposals on specifications suitable for customers' usage.  We understand customer requisites regarding their processing work,  precision,  frequency of processing, and issues.  When a device with unique specifications is ordered, we need to think carefully, develop new ways, and use them in design and manufacture of the device.   We believe that new ideas and innovative thoughts are essential every time we design and manufacture our products, and this belief is one of our strengths.

[Representative's message]
In recent years, many processing companies who had been our partners have closed down their businesses for various reasons - profitability,  age,  or absence of successor s, and so on.  For this reason we have been forced to purchase goods from afar through trading companies, and this has pushed up our manufacturing cost and pushed down our profit.  Still, we strive to continue making no compromise in design and manufacture of our machinery and devices.  We will further develop our sales channels and overseas operations, and respond to customers, both in Japan and overseas.

We will address any and all issues with flexibility.  Our president and 3 employees will divide between roles in sales,  design,  manufacture, and other processes.

Under the 2009 New Partnerships Support , we developed and commercialized a low-cost/high-efficiency lubricant applicator for cold forging named PULSKIP  in cooperation with Nihon Parkerizing Co.  Ltd. and Kyowa Kogyo Co.  Ltd.
