Precision parts manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]

The types of materials we excel at are aluminum alloy (for optical instruments), and titanium alloy and pure titanium (for medical equipment). We offer precision metalworking services mainly for these materials. We also recently started to design, produce, and assemble surgical instruments for orthopedic use, centering on SUS420J2, SUS630, etc. Our design and development capability to reflect the customer’s needs has earned trust from our customers. We obtained ISO 9001 certification and established a solid quality control system at an early stage.

[Representative's message]
Our company was established in 1968 as a subsidiary of Minolta Camera. We manufactured mostly optical instruments and medical equipment. The company grew with our customers, utilizing our know-how from optical instrument production. We rely on our precision parts machining technology and solid quality control system so that we can efficiently provide highly reliable products. We hope to use our past track record to win consignment manufacturing orders for optical instruments and medical equipment from overseas customers. We intend to promote overseas sales mainly in the EU and Asia.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our company has an executive in charge of overseas dealings, and the sales department has a sales representative in charge of new customers. They will function as the point of contact for major companies and overseas companies. Technical inquiries are handled by engineers from the sales and technology division of the sales department, and are resolved by visiting the customer whenever necessary. The president oversees responses to new customers, including overseas customers, to ensure that they are made in a sincere manner, and that information is gathered and managed appropriately.
