[Company strength] We work with major automotive companies and supply a number of casting machines. Our clients include motorcycle light vehicle manufacturers and Toyota group companies. We have the abilities to comply to strict specifications and limited budgets, which are directly connected to the production site. Recently, we have enhanced joint development with leading companies and started Industry Academia and Government Joint R&D using patents held by leading companies. Our employees are also qualified as Construction Managers and Operation Managers in Toyota premises. [Business description] We were originally founded to manufacture refractory materials used for the casting of fiber loom. Along with the birth of motorcycles, we started manufacturing casting and heat treatment equipment for aluminum parts. In line with the advances in motorization, we currently supply casting equipment and related materials for evolved aluminum parts. Our main products include “Compact high thermal efficiency aluminum melting furnace,” “Fluidized bed resin heating equipment,” “Molten aluminum transport ladle (including vehicle apparatus),” and “casting defect inspection apparatus”. [Industry] Manufacturing of casting equipment [Strength of products/technologies] We have been able to meet the high specifications required by local major companies since our foundation. Our recent developments include 1) Aluminum melting furnace with high overall thermal efficiency along with Toyota group of companies, and 2) technologies and products to reduce costs through collaboration with other major companies. We have also been pursuing R&D of new technologies, and our R&D projects include: SMEs Technology Development Grants (1989), Regional Industry Revitalization Fund (1991), New Cooperation (2007), Supporting Manufacturing and Development (2009), and Industry Academia And Government Joint R&D (2011-2012). [Representative's message] We work on solutions for field requirements (issues) of major companies and are certified as R&D Promotion Service to conduct joint research to find solutions. Currently, we are seeking partners for the commercialization of "rapid thermal processing equipment of aluminum T6" and are planning to develop in-process recycling equipment to reduce material costs. We also hope to introduce our innovative equipment to overseas plants of Japanese companies to improve their price competitiveness in emerging markets. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We are capable of conducting business with large companies with both technical and clerical aspects. We also have employees who can supervise overseas operations. We have assigned experienced employees who are familiar with global business to international and equipment divisions. Our President will be responsible for responding to customers’ requirements in the future for overseas maintenance.
