Sales Pitch

Our metal cutting work produces highly accurate parts and difficult-to-manufacture shaped parts from solid metal materials. We also offer the Komachi part washing machine.
We make use of technical capabilities cultivated for more than 65 years since our foundation. Our company provides know-how as a professional processing shop even from the development stage. We can help develop products with lower cost and higher quality. We can also put development results into mass production.
Our Komachi part washing machine was developed from our own improvement efforts. It can be directly connected to a production line. This machine can quickly wash and dry a workpiece in synchronization with the cycle time of single-unit production.
The main unit price is 25 percent less than competitors’ products with the same performance. It is an easy-to-use water washing device developed from the perspective of a professional processor.

[Company strength]
We run round-the-clock shifts to ensure quick deliveries on weekends and weekdays. We will soon have a 24/7 shift operation up and running. We have established a low-cost production system. It has a dedicated line for mass-produced items, together with another line for items requiring many different setups, such as orders for high-mix low-volume production. With these lines we can produce the items that meet our customers’ needs. We have been located in Higashi Osaka city since our foundation (over 60 years ago). We have established a network of 160 companies that allows us to handle all kinds of special technologies and treatments upon request.

[Business description]
We offer precision machine processing and assembly of metal parts. We handle orders from 19 industries, including automotive parts, semiconductor devices, medical equipment, and industrial robot parts. We accept orders for individual items, mass-produced goods, and finished products, from procurement of materials to precision cutting, heat treatment, surface treatment, and assembly.

[Industry]
Auto parts and industrial machine component manufacturing

[Strength of products/technologies]
We specialize in thin metal processing. We can produce 1.8 mm-thick metals with 6-micron roundness. We welcome technical trial requests from equipment manufacturers to demonstrate our maximum capabilities in thin metal processing. We have a long history of processing metals while eliminating distortion using our special jigs and expertise.
Our customers highly evaluate our sheet processing. This is because we ensure dimensional accuracy through lathe turning rather than grinding with original cutters.
We opened a tech school and invite Skills Olympic instructors to our plants to achieve our dream of producing many Skills Olympic competitors.

[Representative's message]
We have shifted our strategy to focus on swift, customer-focused business operations that include short delivery times, prototype manufacturing, small-lot production, and products featuring newly developed technologies. This is done to cope with the persistent deindustrialization of Japan, and makes use of our unique experience in Japanese manufacturing.
At the same time we decided to enter the Vietnam market to promote cost-efficient products and the OUT-OUT system in overseas production. We will start production at our local subsidiary in Vietnam in 2014.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We directly hired Vietnamese staff in preparation for entering the Vietnam market. Seven Vietnamese staff members have been working in Japan for five years learning processing technology. They will acquire skills such as proficiency in Japanese, and will return to Vietnam to work in the new venture we will establish there.
