[Company strength]
1. We are committed to the entire production process from CFRP material molding to precision machining and finishing. Mold processing with CFRP material supplied by customer is also available. 2. We can assemble our CFRP parts, metal parts, and resin products into any machines or components requested by customer and deliver them. 3. We can help our customers achieve their goals with our expertise and know-how. This is based on our 30-plus years of experience and skill in machining technology and highly accurate parts processing including magnesium and heat-resistant steel. 4. We devote ourselves to taking on the challenges of new fields. This includes complex machining with 5 simultaneous axes and fine hole drilling in various metal materials with a diameter 0.05 drill. We also offer precision machine machining with small-diameter tools such as a diameter 0.2 end mill.
5. We have extensive know-how in various fields of production engineering, and especially in machining casting, forging, and die-casting materials. 6. We achieve reductions in cost and lead time for small quantities of repeated orders and medium-volume production. We achieve this with 30 days of 24-hour operation with two shifts of three groups.


[Business description]
We manufacture parts for drink-filling machines, for semiconductor manufacturing and conveying equipment, for liquid crystal manufacturing and conveying equipment, for vacuum pump related products, and for industrial robots. We also manufacture components for machine tools, as well as parts for surface mounting equipment, for transport equipment related products, and for general industrial machines.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We have developed almost every element of the tools required in precision machining since the foundation of our company. This was done with the aim of becoming a company specializing in precision machining and focused on R&D. The elements we develop for machining tools include materials, edge shapes, feeding speed, and circumferential speed. We enthusiastically devote ourselves to R&D. This includes new processing methods suitable for different materials, machining conditions, and new cooling methods that supersede water to control thermal deformation and save water. It also includes precision machining for complex machining of new and difficult-to-process materials such as magnesium alloy, titanium alloy, nickel alloy, and carbon-fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP).

[Representative's message]
We have been striving since our foundation in 1972 to improve our technology and manufacturing environment to prepare ourselves to satisfy customers located in our prefecture and elsewhere. We started 24-hour operation not long after the establishment of the company. We now have a 24-hour, 350-day system as our standard operation system, which contributes to shorter lead times and lower costs. We are committed to developing processing technology for special materials such as CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and magnesium alloy. We have a thoroughly established production system for CFRP, which covers the entire manufacturing process from molding and processing to assembly. We hope to expand our business with overseas customers based on our technical strength.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our sales department is under the direct control of the president. This enables us to respond to new customer and/or new product demands in a timely manner. Our engineering department staff will visit customers to directly discuss engineering details and offer solutions. The production schedule from the manufacturing plan to the shipping date is flexibly managed by our production department through discussions with the customer.
