Developing ultrashort pulse laser for smooth microfabrication

Ultrashort pulse laser leaves very few processing residues and allows smooth microfabrication because it  generates only a small amount of heat during processing. It is used in bio-industry and processing of parts for semiconductor, automotive, and aircraft. We have skilled staff with sufficient knowledge of laser. We have successfully commercialized ultrashort pulse laser. We have production lines operating in both Japan and China. Our products are the only ones available in Japan that can withstand industrial applications. Our source of competitiveness is the understanding of product development and knowledge of  market trends. One of the features of ultrashort pulse laser processing is the non-linear interaction between non-thermal processing and materials.
