[Company strength]
We have actively entered the high-tech product coating market by making full use of the functional coatings we have developed in-house. The advanced technologies and development capabilities from our expertise and experience have earned the solid confidence of major enterprises. Our company has introduced a color-mixing machine that allows us to manage about 1,500 colors for colored coating. This allows us to realize short delivery periods while meeting ever-higher quality standards. We have abundant experience in environmentally hazardous substances, and we proactively tackle environmental problems as a pioneer in abolishing heavy metal pigments.

Our industrial coating business includes value-added functional coating beyond the mere coloration of metallic apparel products (brass, iron, stainless steel, and die casting) and electronic parts. We also coat products made of plastic, rubber, and glass.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We deal with a wide range of products from household goods to high-tech products. We will satisfy the customer’s needs for a commercially unavailable special coating by researching and developing it ourselves or in cooperation with the customer. We have applied anti-rust, fluorescent, luminous, and other kinds of coating to electronic, plastic, silicone, and other kinds of parts to deliver various products to the market.

[Representative's message]
Our company has mainly dealt with coating for buttons and metal fittings in the apparel industry since its establishment in 1932. However, in 1970 we created a special coating division under the theme of functional coatings. This division subsequently developed coatings with additional functions such as ultra-high hardness, flexibility, solid lubrication, and conductivity. We expanded our business to coating for electronic parts and high-tech materials by applying these technologies. The number of joint developments with other companies has also grown. One of our recent goals is to reduce solvents and industrial waste to make our operations more environmentally friendly. We will continue to satisfy the tougher demands of our customers and society by working together as a team.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We will expand overseas by increasing our dealings with both local and Japanese companies overseas, using our factory in the Philippines as a base or point of contact. We will make use of opportunities such as exhibitions to receive orders for trial manufacturing from major companies. We will assign a person in charge so that the project can move forward with the customer.
