We develop, manufacture, and sell precision measuring equipment for semiconductor manufacturing devices. We have since our foundation particularly focused on our main products, evaluation devices for compound semiconductors and related materials, which we developed based on our inventions and have been improving over time.  We also engage in businesses in different sectors.  For the energy sector, for example, we are developing measuring and evaluation devices for solar panels.  We have been implementing  projects aimed at the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors as well, where our special technologies have yielded products.  In these projects, our "selected few"talented staff members carry out all processes in an integrated manner with their advanced technical and manufacture capabilities, from development to manufacture and sales.  We are striving to continue providing high quality products, developing further technologies with anticipation of future needs, and contributing to growth of the industries.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are highly regarded particularly in the integration of all processes from development through manufacturing in optical path design, the physical application and analysis of heat and light, digital/analog circuitry and printed circuit board design.  We are similarly valued in development of software for equipment control and high speed data analysis, database development, and precision parts assembly and mounting.  Our company has gained worldwide recognition and respect for its technological competence especially with regard to its flagship products: photoluminescence and film thickness mapping devices for LD and LED wafers.  Among its other major products, the company has developed crystal growth monitoring and solar panel evaluation devices, which are now in the market.  We also flexibly take on customized development upon request.



[Representative's message]
We have accumulated measuring and evaluation technologies for blue laser diodes (LDs) and light emitting diodes (LEDs) since our foundation in 2002.  With these, we have developed, commercialized, and globally sold photoluminescence and film thickness mapping devices for LD/LED wafers.  Going forward, we intend to build on this track record by further refining our technical capabilities.  We will also strive to expand globally, by harnessing our technological development capacity to serve a variety of industries including energy, chemical, and pharmaceutical, and IT sectors.  With our strength in inspection and data processing technologies, we can respond to their needs by offering evaluation devices for a variety of materials for which delicacy and high quality are required.



[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have agents across Japan as well as in China and Taiwan, who deal with inquiries and maintenance requests from major corporations and companies overseas.  Our president and technical staff members make field visits whenever necessary to resolve issues.  In addition, all inquries made directly to us or via our website can be handled regardless of the senders' locations.  Our President is originally from Canada, and leads our technological development and business expansion.  We will respond to requests for consultation from both new and existing customers on various subjects from technical development to solutions.
