There are various methods to remove burr, however, most of them have issues; therefore, deburring is often done by hand. Our ultrasonic deburring technology, an automated process, removes burr that was not possible before.  This is an original technology, "Only-One technology," in the world.

[Strength of products/technologies]
At present, ultrasonic deburring technology does not have any competition. It is utilized in many significant parts such as F1 engines and automobiles. It only uses water without the use of any hazardous chemicals compared with other deburring methods. No special technique is involved, and the maintenance is simple.  It may be used for removing burr in multiple areas such as large aircrafts, automobile parts, electronic devices, smartphone parts, and medical parts.

Ultrasonic deburring market is vast. We currently have a near total monopoly of the market. We are working towards finding corporates to provide license in the US, Brazil, EU, etc. We will focus on Asia and strengthen development to further monopolize the market.

We are unable to cover the entire deburring market because the size of the market is very large. We delegate OEM manufacture to others, while we concentrate on development and tests to produce the core equipment. We are trying to figure out various types of transactions to meet the demands of the market.
