[Company strength]
One of our strengths lies in built-to-order manufacturing to respond to the requests of individual customers.  We have been actively working on different types of products and issues regardless of the industries.  This has resulted in our improved technological capabilities and orders even for aerospace parts that require advanced technologies.  We have also invested heavily in our staff and equipment, introducing customized, state of the art machinery every year.  Some describe our factory as an exhibition site for the latest machines.  Our staff members are as young as 32 years old on average, and are keenly working on new projects.  In recent years, we have been taking more time to train our employees and penetrate our corporate philosophy into the entire organization for higher customer satisfaction.

[Business description]
Our company, since its foundation, has taken on manufacturing challenges that other companies have been reluctant to do, including production in small lot, mixed variety and high precision. Since the construction of our new factory in 1981in particular, we have made our stance as a parts manufacturer clear, with emphasis on technology, and have introduced state of the art equipment, and committed to developing technical personnel, to differentiate ourselves from competitors.  At present, we are engaged in the fabrication of precision parts relating to the manufacture of semiconductor production devices, along with precision components for production facilities of industries such as aerospace, electronic components, medical, food, automobiles, environmental and others.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Along with our advanced equipment, we have technical capacities with which we can respond to submicron (1/1000 millimeter) specifications.  We continuously update our state of the art facilities with additional machining equipment, which now exceeds 100 units.  In particular, introduction of advanced inspection devices has clearly differentiated us from competitors.  Our inspectors with Class 1 national qualifications perform product inspections, using 3D and other high performance measuring devices, and provide quality assurance.  Many of the products require extremely high precision at the submicron (1/1000 millimeter) level, and achieving this requires strict control over temperature and humidity.  We have acquired ISO 9001certification, which has been further assuring our quality.

We excel in special processing which has high potential demand.  In order to create new demand, we need to continuously invest into our capacities and secure skilled operators who can use new equipment.  These workers have to be skilled and adequately qualified; but they also need to understand our management philosophy and objectives, and work together looking in the same direction as the rest of us.  Passion is a key in manufacturing world-class products, along with advanced technologies and equipment.  The makers' strong desire to manufacture good products to meet customer needs will help them to hone their skills and make their products closer to perfect.  We will, as one, keep working on materializing our passion in the form of products that can be thrilling to our clients. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
Our clients are all domestic makers, but these makers sell their products to overseas aircraft manufacturers and consumers.  Many of these domestic makers have moved their production sites overseas, and conduct their procurement activities in the local areas.  Under these circumstances, we focus on prototype parts of developed items and core components, which are unlikely to be procured overseas, and improve our technological capabilities.
