[Company strength]
We engage in all production processes from development and manufacturing to sales.  On the manufacturing side, we have a production line that integrates fabrication, welding,  painting, and assembly, and are able to internally manage all processes and respond to customers rapidly. Planning for new products is handled in-house.  Our Development Division has personnel who specialize in heat, wind, electricity, and power equipment.  A comprehensive service structure is provided through qualified sales staff members deployed in 14 offices nationwide to provide maintenance and management.  Our integrated line that covers four processes, namely fabrication, welding,  painting, and assembly is one of our strengths, which enables us to manage products meticulously and adjust our production flexibly.  Leveraging our "4 process integrated management", we have entered into OEM contracts in the high-tech industries, such as automated reflow soldering equipment for IT industry.  We are working hard every day to improve our manufacturing technologies to meet even higher customer demand.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We are the oldest in the industry and have been designated by the Ministry of Finance  Monopoly Bureau as a leaf tobacco dryer manufacturer.  Since the designation, we have been operating with our principal focus on the development,  manufacture, and sale of dryers , and have developed advanced temperature and humidity management technologies. We were awarded the country's first “Excellent Energy Conservation Award” for our food and agriculture  forestry and fishery dryer,  which has become renowned for its energy conservation properties.  We have also been awarded the "Monozukuri Japan Grand Award” under the Prime Minister's Commendation Program  and the “Science and Technology Award” under the Minister of Education  Culture , Sports,  Science and Technology Commendation Program  among others.  Our track record in the research and development of drying technology is highly regarded by national institutions.



[Representative's message]
We are, with the drying expertise accumulated over time, trying to develop new technologies and expand our sales channels for other markets that require drying operations , such as food processing,  medicine, and forestry.  In the food products area,  drying agricultural produce can create significant benefits in storage and transportation, while adding value to the raw materials. This technology has drawn attention as an effective tool for product development, especially for effective use of non-standard items.  We look forward to receiving inquiries from customers who are considering product development  as well as primary growers who consider diversifying their business into processing and distribution leveraging drying.

Our Yamaguchi head office mainly responds to inquiries through our website.  We also have 10 offices with sales staff members across Japan, from Tohoku to Kyushu and Shikoku , which are well-structured and provide swift sales activities nationwide.  Our Development Division and Manufacturing Division will respond rapidly to requests for new development and manufacturing projects.
