[Company strength]
We are able to respond quickly to all requests, including ultra precision pins and punches, dies for camera lenses, machined items, ultra fine nano-level machined products and the like. We also accept small lot orders for a little as a single item.

[Business description]
Our company manufactures and sells precision die parts. We focus particularly on ultra fine pins used in precision dies, which we produce on a made-to-order basis. We also produce dies for camera lenses, along with multi-sleeves that enable the manufacture of multiple camera lenses simultaneously. We conduct integrated operations from basic and precision machining and grinding to extra fine nano-level processing, quality assurance and physical distribution.

Manufacture of precision die parts

[Strength of products/technologies]
Processing of ultra hard alloy female drawing dies with high aspect ratios has only been possible up until now by electrical discharge machining, with maximum precision of 0.01 ? 0.05mm. We use a newly developed machining method to achieve precision levels of less than 2 microns, allowing us to eliminate the manual polishing process. This not only assures more consistent die quality. It also reduces the price of the final product and prolongs die life to more than five times that of traditional dies.

We have identified as a core value since our inception that "the satisfaction of the customer is our joy.” What we are attempting to achieve, amid chaotic market changes such as those that we are currently experiencing, is to change our traditional ways of thinking. This will enable us to recreate manufacturing as a newly inspired process and respond to the impending needs of our customers. We have been implementing new initiatives in order to achieve this ? including collaborative efforts between industry and academia, industry and medicine, and others ? in pursuit of customer satisfaction.

We have established a section responsible for interacting with new customers within our Sales & Administration Department. This serves as the portal for large corporations and overseas customers. A team made up of Sales & Administration and No. 1 Manufacturing and Ultra Precision Machining personnel handles most technical matters. Sales & Administration and No. 2 Manufacturing and New Product Development staff fields, assesses and responds to new technology inquiries, with customer site visits as warranted. The President directs dealings with new customers, with strict controls over the gathering and management of information, and ensures a comprehensive response to each individual customer.
