We have American interpreters in-house who assist in transactions with overseas companies.

AG Bimetal
AG Bimetal is an ideal composite material in which copper alloy is welded to a ferrous material such as steel. This is how the high strength of the ferrous material is combined with the bearing performance of the copper alloy. Since the ferrous material and the copper alloy are joined together firmly, AG Bimetal can be used safely. It also allows a combination of various copper alloys with any ferrous material such as carbon steel, ductile cast iron, cast steel, and special steel. The ability to weld copper alloys to sections of complicatedly shaped castings enables the design of new mechanisms.
Steel alloy castings
Copper alloy castings have good corrosion and abrasion resistances and high electrical conductivity, and are used as key parts in various fields. Our copper alloy castings are complex and difficult-to-produce products created by combining many cores, and are highly regarded by our customers.
We also create products according to market needs including high-mix production, short turnarounds, and cost reduction, in order to satisfy customers.

And we have earned the acclaim of both domestic and overseas manufacturers for the reliability of our hydraulic pump cylinder blocks, a core component of excavators, and other heavy construction equipment.

We manufacture and sell fine bronze castings and bimetal hydraulic equipment parts.  We sand-cast water supply components such as fittings and pump parts, and are able to handle all manufacturing stages including final processing.  We have an integrated production system that includes precision processing of bimetal hydraulic equipment parts made from bronze bonded to steel or other ferrous metals.

We are able to consistently produce superior bronze castings in even the most difficult and complicated configurations, thanks to many years of accumulated expertise and experience and application of the latest sand casting simulation technology.  We are also capable of producing composite materials for products like our bimetal cylinder blocks which combine the smooth low-friction characteristics of bronze with the strength and durability of iron and steel.

We manufacture components of general industrial machinery and equipment, and FC iron castings for electromechanical devices for consumer use, automobile parts and accessories, and so on. We can handle mass products using an integrated line from continuous dissolution using a cupola and production using a high-speed automated molding machine to finishing and shipping. We are making use of the casting technology power we have been accumulating for many years to take on the challenge of new technology and make proposals to customers. We can use our high-cycle mass-production system to handle orders in units of tens of thousands of parts for automobiles and home electronics for volume sales without delays in delivery. We have a track record of deliveries to 30 or more major processing makers in Japan and overseas.
