We develop, manufacture, and sell various production machines including equipment for inspection, measurement, manufacturing, rationalization and energy saving, mainly for customers in the semiconductor industry.  We excel in clean, energy saving, high speed, high precision, automation technologies.  We also have expertise in inspection with image processing technologies and measuring of thickness and shape.  Our clients include many major corporations in Japan, such as  Shin-Etsu Chemical, DENSO, and Toyota Motor.  We have also developed a Floating Thickness Measuring (FTM) prototype for next generation large diameter silicon wafers  with the Industrial Research Institute of Niigata.

Our main market is the semiconductor industry, but  we also develop , design,  manufacture, and sell a wide range of items for use in a variety of industries.  These include various inspection and measuring devices,  manufacturing equipment , and rationalization and energy conservation equipment.  We also have a proven track record in data acquisition software for experimental development  and are engaged in providing solutions for all types of issues at development and manufacturing sites.

We excel in clean , energy conserv ing, high speed,  high precision, and automation technologies, as well as inspections using various measurement and image processing technologies that have been developed in our semiconductor business.

Our highly capable staff, who are a selected few, can represent the “Customer’s Technical Development Office ” and conduct activities from experimental and testing stages to development,  design, and mass production of devices.  We also have an extensive track record in projects under confidentiality agreements and joint development contracts.

Our overseas expansion has in the past been selected by JETRO as a promising project.  We are currently working on developing sales channels in the Asian markets.
