Forging factory
We conduct hot free-forging of weights up to about 100 kg to 4,000 kg in a hydraulic forging press after cutting material iron and heating in a furnace. We provide high-quality forged products with excellent teamwork and the technology we have developed in the 75 years since our establishment.
Machine factory
We use various NC machine tools, including machining centers and lathes, to cut and process metals, phenol resin materials, plastics, nylon, FRP, and other materials used in important industries that form the foundation of automobiles, shipbuilding, machine tools, paper manufacturing, steel making, and other industries. We can handle all kinds of metal, plastic, and resin material processing.
