Using a Mazak Integrex J-200 combined machining center, we realize precision machining, geometric elements, and stable quality in the shortest possible process. The combined machining center enables precision machining of conical and sloped surfaces (combined milling, B axis, −30 to 190 degrees (in increments of one degree)). Complex multi-face 3-axis machining and CAD/CAM equipment XM (3D measurement) and IM (image measurement) using Keyence equipment owned by a partner company Quality assurance by Mitutoyo surf test, various measuring instruments, plugs, pins, screws, and gauges
