Precision-parts manufacturer adept at working with large NC lathe and five-axis machining center.

Mizuho Metal Works’ strength lies in precision machining using special equipment, such as large five-axis machining centers and super mirrors, and precision turning using large lathes. Thus, we are most adept at processing large and complex precision parts. For utilizing their production capacity, we handle all the process in-house until completion of parts from planning and designing of jig tools to appropriate NC programming, which helps maintain and improve our engineering skills. In addition, with an assembly department, we have an integrated production system to assemble processed items to provide components. The sequence of processing is strictly controlled under the JIS Q 9100, which is a quality control system for aerospace industries for ensuring traceability and delivering reliable products to users. Going forward, we will utilize our strength as Mizuho Metal Works and will continue to accommodate customers’ requirements, which become more complex each day.

The machining professionals

Turning up to 1600 mm in diameter

We own 20 lathes of various types, notably Vertical Lathes produced by O-M. We produce parts for large lathes used for hydraulic equipment and aircrafts. We can accommodate any type of materials.

Large machining center up to L = 6000

Using 70 units of machining centers, we manufacture 20,000 aircraft parts every month. We can perform five-axis processing of a workpiece up to of 10 m in length (6 m if it is a complex part). We can accommodate any type of material.

Manufacture of a wide variety of parts using approximately 100 machine tools

We accommodate parts processing requirements using a wide variety of machine tools, primarily machining centers and NC lathes, as well as various polishing machines, our specialized machines produced in-house, welding machines, and presses. We are adept at precision processing, processing of difficult-to-machine materials, composite processing,and processing of large parts.
