Machine cutting
We have 12 small-type machining BT30s and 4 NC lathes compatible with 6-inch chucks for production. We propose high-efficiency processing to our customers using labor-saving jigs designed and manufactured in-house based on a process design using equipment that specializes in processing speed and exhibits excellent light cutting performance, as well as 3D CAD/CAM.
Polishing
Our buff polishing craftsmen, who undertake mandatory skills training, will respond to requests for exterior specifications. We provide our customers with efficient polishing done using robots and manually.
Parts-feeder design and production
We design and manufacture parts feeders that focus on the target size of ultrasmall parts, such as clock hands. We provide total backup support, including inline support, for automatic production lines.
