We provide small and medium-diameter metal parts with reliable quality. We handle everything including grinding in-house and accommodate mass production.
Located in Adachi-ku, Tokyo, we manufacture metal products. We are adept at processing using CNC automatic lathes, which account for a large part of our equipment. Our strength lies in our ability to handle everything up to centerless grinding. Having entered the Reiwa Era, we now have established dedicated teams for supplying large parts and parts for molds, which we previously could not provide to our customers, in cooperation with partner factories. We are also available for services related to environment protection measures and their related tasks. We make efforts to meet requests from our customers who have issues such as “we no longer have anyone to do processing for us” and/or “if possible, we want to have only one company to do prototype making for us.”

Volts, caulking pins, welding studs, hydraulic shafts, and pneumatic shafts We manufacture, for instance, security-related parts. As we own facilities with similar operability, there is little need to wait for the equipment to become available, which enables us to ensure consistent parts manufacturing. We can accommodate prototype making and mass production.
Integrated production up to φ30 centerless grinding
By manufacturing parts before the grinding process, we can manufacture products suitable for various types of grinding. By applying various processing methods that take into account how each product will be finished, quick delivery and cost reduction can be achieved. We perform up to grinding for finishing after plating and heat treatment.
Also supports centerless grinding of general steel materials
We can apply automatically-fed centerless grinding to workpieces up to 3 m. Using the production lines used for processing products for material manufacturers, we can manufacture centerless materials. We mainly process untrimmed base materials, but we also engage in processing starting from peeling materials. We handle materials ranging from steel, stainless steel, and heat-resistant alloys to aluminum bronze. We can manufacture centerless materials in sizes not available in the market.
