Board inspection
We are highly skilled at the strict inspection of gold-plated printed circuit boards. Our main work is the inspection of high-density circuit boards such as BGA and CSP. It mainly comprises searching for defects using inspection devices that display images on liquid crystal displays. We have more than 50 staff who can perform a microscope inspection. If requested, we can conduct the inspection of fine pitch flexible circuit boards and the bonding pads in common rigid circuit boards and narrow pitch connectors.
Circuit board mounting and final assembly
Our company can accommodate everything from eutectic soldering to lead-free soldering. We offer an integrated process to satisfy your demands, which includes prototype making, mass production, parts procurement, installation, assembly, and wrapping. In addition to production using materials supplied by our customers, we can accommodate orders that require material procurement.
