Business description and features

We manufacture and sell soundproofing devices for industrial press machines. Our business includes can manufacturing and trial sheet metal working for industrial products. With regard to metal working, our company has a diverse range of knowhow. We have particularly advanced technical capabilities in the field of sheet metal working. We are able to propose and manufacture products meeting customer needs by utilizing know-how accumulated through experiences over a quarter of a century. Outline of product and technology

We use a different method of joining depending on the product. Our joining methods are semi-automatic welding, arc welding, TIG welding, spot welding, and riveting. We are able to correct thermal strains by using technology accumulated through the experience of our craftsmen. With regard to automatic punching, we are able to create CAD/CAM data and enter program the machine. With planar metal materials, we use more than 40 kinds of molds to make round or square holes and exterior cuts and notches by various processing. For forming, we use press brakes of 135t and 35t according to the use to form planar metal materials. We can create various forms using several kinds of molds. We are able to handle lengths of up to 3200 mm.

Toward matching

Our company focuses on the manufacturing of soundproof booths for industrial machines. Our soundproof booths have panel structures for assembling and these also allow partial modifications. In recent years, an increasing number of companies have started using our products not only as soundproofing devices but also to cover machines for safety and dust blocking. Our company has been manufacturing products meeting customer needs for a variety of different shapes for a quarter of a century.
