Business content/characteristics

Our main businesses are software and real estate. In our software business, we mainly develop control systems, instrument systems, and embedded systems. In our real estate business, we provide mediation, introductions, and consultations. We are a real estate brokerage who assess the retail value of land that our customers would like to sell considering the road rate, fixed asset valuations, topography, selling price of nearby land, and the customer’s desired price.

Overview of main products and technologies

In our control system business, we conduct large-scale system development that is centered on management and control of factory lines that are directly connected to public/transport/electricity/manufacturing/logistics and other social infrastructure. In instrument systems, we develop software for all areas of a business from the analysis section to the operation section, as well as software for semiconductor measurement and inspection equipment, with a focus on medical analysis equipment such as biochemical automatic analysis equipment used in blood tests. In embedded systems, we develop microcomputer applications for embedded devices such as car navigation and audio control systems, with a focus on the in-vehicle computer field, where the evolution of digitization/information communication has been remarkable.

Our company has been mainly engaged in contract development since its establishment in 1986. We have been involved in systems in various fields, gaining experience and learning many things. We thank our customers for giving us such an opportunity and will pass on their technology and valuable experience to the next generation. It is our mission to make full use of the technology and experience cultivated to provide products that exceed our customers’ expectations. We will continue to fulfill this mission using our ingenuity and adapting to change, and we have a management philosophy of aiming to be “a company that brings a smile on the face of everyone we meet.”
