■ "MTP Plastic Dyeing," our new resin coloring method, is not material coloring or coating.

[Features of the product] 
When it comes to coloring plastic, it is common to use coating and material coloring. Dyeing's strong point in comparison with coating is that no coating film is formed, and coloring is possible even if the shape is complicated. In addition, as for the comparison with material coloring, it is understood that one of the strong points of the product is its cost effectiveness being considerably high because coloring is possible as many or as few times as necessary, making it suitable even for small lot production. It does not fall under various regulations and we do not use chlorinated industrial chemicals. Issuing an MSDS is also possible. As we have dyeing technology that is unique to our company, and since we design and develop original dyeing machines to realize the technology, stable mass-production has become possible. In addition, we adjust colors so that we can satisfy various requests, enabling us to support a wide range of product developments. 

[Examples of past deliveries] 
We have been receiving requests for dyeing for about ten years now; that is, tens of millions of color coding on connectors in the industrial field. We also receive orders for coloring clothes buttons; that is, some hundreds of thousands per color. 
In addition, we receive orders for coloring 3D-printer products from dozens of companies from a variety of business fields such as the industrial and medical fields. We also receive orders for the coloring of small lots or test products.

The safety of plastic dyeing

The MTP plastic dyeing of our company does not use chlorinated industrial chemicals, harmful substances, or the like and only uses dyes and chemicals that are friendly to human bodies and nature. (The issuance of MSDS is also available.) 
RoHS regulations, REACH regulations, or azo dye/amine regulations are not applicable. 
There is no problem in conforming with the Food Hygiene Act. 
Because of its safety, the product is now being used as the dye for bioplastics.
