Our company manufactures molds under an integrated system from development and design at the advanced R & D system I.T.C. (Innovation Technology Center).
In the summer of 2008, ITC. became the technical base of Taiyo Acrys, with renewed facilities and seamless links between processes. We want to be a site that creates the future, not only responding to requests accurately, but also developing new technologies. The greatest weapon of ITC is human resources. We create elaborate quality and sophistication through design review (DR) and mold design (CAD/CAM) to machining by making the most of our state-of-the-art equipment.

・ Precision progressive dies: We manufacture precision progressive die that can respond widely to the customer's required quality. ・ Composite molds: A composite mold that enables the progressive process by the original caulking method. (Contacts, foreign materials) ・ Fuku-alloy type: A double-alloy type that enables a three-point composite that further evolves the composite mold is manufactured. ・ Precision cold forging progressive dies: We produce progressive dies in conjunction with our press. ・ Tap line (progressive die): Produces progressive die in conjunction with press by original tapping method.
- Developing automatic machines from the perspective of users
Image inspection Our company is good at image inspection. Particularly for in-cylinder image inspection, we have a technology of detection by a simple method. ・ Device that automatically inspects workpieces for dimensions and deformation ①: The device inspects images from the top and side of a product (workpiece) with an area camera, and observes deformation at the same time. The dimensions are measured in units of 1μ units with a displacement sensor. Workpieces judged NG are automatically discharged to the NG tray. ・ Device that automatically inspects workpieces for dimensions and deformation ①: The device inspects images of a product (workpiece) with an area camera. The camera controller processes images and outputs inspection results to the PLC using I/O signals. The inspection results are displayed on the monitor, and faulty (NG) images are saved on the USB flash drive. ・ Device that automatically inspects cylindrical workpieces for dirt, dents, and label misalignments: The device takes circumferential images with a line camera and combines them into a single image file for image inspection. The camera controller processes images and outputs inspection results to the PLC using I/O signals. The alarm stops if a fault (NG) is detected. The inspection results are displayed on the PC, and NG images are saved in any folder.
○ Processing machine (We specialize in high-precision laser processing. We realize high-precision processing by alignment correction using images.) ・ Multi-axis processing device (device for drilling and tapping workpieces): By using a multi-axis head, drilling and tapping can be performed simultaneously. Different taps can be processed simultaneously. It can be easily attached and detached with a special work receiving jig. ・ Tab cut/storage device (device for performing processing oil-less and burr-less processing): Cutting processing without processing oil can be performed. Burr (burr) by cutting guarantees 1/10 or less of the thickness. Hoop material t = 0.2mm ~ 0.6mm, W = 20 ~ 100mm. Aluminum and copper materials can be used. The processed work is automatically stored in the magazine.
・ Substrate removal/storage conveyor: Takes out the substrates stored in the magazine and transports them on the conveyor. Conversely, the work flowing on the conveyor is stored in the magazine and discharged. ・ Work storage device: The work set on the jig is removed and stored and sorted in another jig. Jigs that have been removed and those that have been stored are automatically ejected. ・ Hoop rewinding device: A device that rewinds a work wound on a reel to another reel. Detects the speed of the hoop and rewinds at a constant speed regardless of the reel diameter.
