We are specialized in plastic processing
We develop a wide variety of businesses, from selling all plastic materials to manufacturing various molded products at our own factories in Japan and overseas. We respond to various requests from electronic devices, packaging materials, medical and sanitary fields. We expand businesses overseas and have offices and plants mainly in ASEAN countries including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Korea and Taiwan.

Electronic equipment business
We have an integrated production system in Japan and overseas including design of the mold, manufacturing of molds, molding, painting, printing, mounting of the board and complete assembly of electronic equipment cases. We also handle a wide range of products related to electronic devices including LEDs and motors. We provide a unique one-stop planning proposal and high-quality manufacturing. We offer solutions to customers based on know-how and advanced technology of integrated production from design to completion. [Integrated production system of electronic equipment] We have an integrated production system in Japan and overseas (Hokkaido and Dongguan in China), including design of mold, manufacturing of mold, molding, painting, printing, mounting of board and complete assembly of electronic equipment case for cell phones and so on. We can manufacture various kinds and small lots by using our unique technology of coating line and cell production method. We have built a high-level quality control and production control system utilizing unique integrated production along with cutting-edge measuring equipment and advanced management methods.
Medical and sanitary business
Our factory, which has acquired medical approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, has clean rooms of NASA 10,000 class and 100,000 class. We also have our own molding technologies including in-mold molding and insert molding. In addition to molding, we can offer medical device-related products and sanitary-related products through our integrated production system including design of the mold, manufacturing of mold, molding, assembly and various precision measurements. We offer solutions to customers through the innovative and comprehensive proposal capabilities of our unique technology and the clean manufacturing environment. [Production in clean rooms] The Minami Alps Factory owns cleanroom facilities and produces medical equipment parts and food containers. This factory has acquired approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare required for manufacturing medical devices. We perform injection molding, in-mold and insert compound molding, assembling, and various secondary processing in clean rooms. We can produce hygienic and multifunctional products and meet the various needs of customers.
Various molded products
Knowledge of plastic raw materials leads to knowledge of molding technology. We can offer various proposals based on our unique technology along with our integrated production system including planning, design, design of the mold, manufacturing of mold, molding and assembly. For example, we propose resin molded products to substitute for metal, inexpensive and speedy prototype dies, and a combination of molded products and processed products with different manufacturing methods.
