[Company strength] Our company develops mechatronics technology practice systems for technical education purposes. We receive inquiries from technical education institutions and private companies in Japan. We also receive an increasing number of ODA and other overseas inquiries. Our systems are used at about 300 places around the world. Our MM-3000V is a state-of-the-art technical practice system for mechatronics technology, featuring a small desktop production system. This system can be used to experience and learn mechanisms and control. We provide mechatronics components in a range of about 200 kinds of elaborated small modules. You can experience and learn the operational characteristics of each mechanism by freely combining these modules. [Business description] Our three main lines of business are production automation, technical education, and next-generation technical research. We propose customized and general-purpose machines in our production automation business, which are used for automatic rearrangement and special work automation at production lines. We have solved many production automation issues by providing oil pump assembly machines to a French automobile manufacturer, as well as many other products. We have provided machines for clip press-fitting for automotive parts, automatic printing on soft tennis balls, fully automatic double-sided tape adhesion, and high-speed nonwoven cloth pinhole inspection. Our products include automatic dispensing and capping machines for liquid and powder, and the LaboRobo laboratory support system. [Industry] Production automation system manufacturing [Representative's message] Our company is conducting unique research on earthquake prediction. Electromagnetic noise in the atmosphere increases before an earthquake. This noise is detected by the reverse radio method at observation points throughout Japan. Data is collected from these points, accumulated at our company’s earthquake prediction center, and distributed to our staff. We publish earthquake prediction information every week for sites throughout Japan. The success rate is about 70 to 80%. Contact us for details.
