We also machine parts from a wide variety of materials, including hard-to-cut materials such as Al, Mg, titanium, stainless steel, and copper, and various resin materials such as Duracon. Our inspection equipment is operated under strict quality controls and includes devices to measure in 3-D, surface roughness, shapes, and imaging.

We assemble and build parts for automotive sunroofs and deliver them to sunroof manufacturers. We also engage in machining. We process special metals to high precision with an NC processor to produce automotive parts, jigs, and molds. We deliver the products to automotive parts manufacturers. Our company has recently moved into precision machining of light metals such as aluminum alloy and magnesium. We deliver our products to manufacturers of precision machines, automotive parts, and bicycle parts.

We expect precision machining of light alloy metals, such as Mg, will significantly increase because of the recent growing need for weight reduction. We will develop precision machining techniques in keeping with this trend and expand our business. Our integrated production system covers design and manufacture to preparation and inspection of the mass production machining program. We support customers through every step of mass-produced products. We will expand our business through high-speed support.

We will further improve our quality, cost, delivery, and precision machining techniques to open up new markets in Japan. We will increase orders from our current customers and cooperate with our technology section in business operations to acquire new customers.
