We offer high quality, short delivery, and low price through integrated manufacturing  of DC Solenoids with our integrated manufacturing process.  We can manufacture prototypes in an extremely short delivery time, which helps our clients to carry out their processes from development to manufacturing smoothly.  We can respond to requests for Solenoid assembly parts and normal assembly with our integrated manufacturing equipment in a short period of time, which enables centralized management.  We offer standard items via our online shop, and the use of them in new product development will help reduce expenses for metal dies (which would have been essential for mass production.)

[Business description]
We manufacture and sell DC Solenoids.  We are the only company in Japan who designs and manufactures press metal dies, as well as performing winding and assembly of Solenoids components and parts such as pressed parts and plastic molds.  We also sell our products online through our website for both domestic and overseas customers (264 products  of 64 models available.)  We ship within a day, so customers can use shipped products for trial.  This also eliminates the necessity of initial cost for dies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Using magnetic field analysis software before manufacturing Solenoids , we can help clients by making Solenoids for their new product development on even more accurate conditions.  We also offer 3DCAD plans, which will contribute to development of drawings for our clients.  We continue our R&D activities, marketing our patented items or new products.  We hold an in-house “Solenoid Contest,” and adopt externally developed items and proposals, as part of our efforts for creation of innovative products.

We are an integrated manufacturing corporation  specialized in DC Solenoids and assembly operations , who takes pride in our "made in Japan" products.  We have been highly valued by many large manufacturers  for our experience and fine-tuned services.  In recent years,  we have expanded online sales of our products to overseas destinations,  following our success in the Japanese market.  We think that this is a great opportunity for us to enhance our overseas sales of Solenoids and make our  high quality Japanese made Solenoids more widespread in the world.

Two of our sales reps from our sales & marketing department  are dedicated to major firms, and another two to other companies.   Four design people are also helping these sales reps.  We also have assigned two employees for direct selling and another two for online selling.  We are constantly updating our online contents under the guidance of experts.  We take part in Material Components & Material Technology Expo held in Tokyo Big Sight every year to hear customer needs for our new product development.
