We have an integrated production system from prototyping to mold design, machining, and assembly. We excel at manufacturing customized products by metalworking and have particular know-how regarding press working using progressive molds. Our advantage is in our production of complicated shapes that are thin, narrow in pitch, and curved. We also design and create tools and molds used on lines for mass press working, precision machining, and production, including labor-saving equipment. We made the most of our cutting-edge technologies to commercialize a magnet crimp terminal by independent production using mold structures. We also developed a mold with built-in piezoelectric elements and a composite micro-processing machine for both micro-machining and micro-EDM.
[Company strength] Our company mainly engages in metal press working with progressive molds and single operation molds. We particularly excel at producing complicated shapes with narrow pitches and curves from thin materials. Our maximum press capacity is 110 tons. We have greatly improved mold maintainability by adopting a unique polishing method. We satisfy an increasingly diverse range of customer needs with our machining, and provide low-cost, high-quality products with quick turnarounds. We employ 3D-shape one-chuck process production to manufacture customized products for business use, and day-and-night multi-process production for small customized products for consumer use. We are particularly involved in manufacturing customized tabs as electrical parts for batteries and automobiles by press working with progressive molds. We have an integrated production system from prototyping to mold design, machining, and assembly. We manufacture customized products by metalworking. We can provide a wide range of round articles, square articles, and sheet-metal tools with high accuracy in a short term for use on your production lines. Our labor-saving equipment supports integrated production based on customer needs from proposal-type design (good usability and low cost) to manufacturing, inspection, and installation. We make use of hoop-type metal press working and our process capacity index is 1.67 or more. We possess the know-how to manufacture molds that can withstand high-speed press working, which has remarkably improved mold maintainability. We commercialized a magnet crimp terminal by adding a machining function based on a unique mold structure. We also developed a mold with built-in piezoelectric elements and a composite micro-processing machine supporting both micro-machining and micro-EDM (combining our strengths in equipment design and machining). It is essential for corporate development to secure workshop safety and cultivate human resources. Our company received a gold prize as a zero-accident company.
