We provide a wide range of proposals for all matters related to plastic articles.
Our company was founded in 1968 mainly for the purpose of R&D related to plastic articles. Over the years we expanded our business to include the design and manufacture of plastic articles, die repair and parts bonding, R&D of coating agents, and R&D of nanobubble generation devices, and we recently entered new areas by combining our machining experience (die fabrication) and chemical R&D (liquid agents). Our accumulated knowledge and expertise on plastic articles allows us to provide a wide range of proposals from parts design to production for all matters related to plastic articles. We respond to many different requests including new product development, parts material conversion from metal to plastic, and highly complex matters. We have also been successful in product development, an example of which is our original “RESS” coating agent. In addition, we are collaborating with the Tokyo University of Science in an R&D project.
[Company strength] 1. We have a track record of more than 50 years in all matters, from design to production, of plastic articles. We have always welcomed inquiries about new product development, material conversion from metal to plastic, and highly complex matters. 2. We developed “RESS”, an original coating agent. We are presently collaborating on an R&D project with the Tokyo University of Science at the Incubation Room. 3. We provide a repair service for broken dies, using deposition by YAG laser welding. [Business description] Our company was founded in 1968, mainly for the purpose of research and development (R&D), but we have recently expanded into novel areas by combining our machining experience (die fabrication) and chemical R&D (liquid agents). Our main lines of business are the design and manufacture of plastic articles, laser welding (die repair and parts bonding), R&D of coating agents and methods, and R&D of nanobubble generation devices. [Industry] Manufacturing of plastic articles [Strength of products/technologies] 1. We developed the “RESS” original coating agent and method. A thin coating layer formed with strong adhesion on the surface of a material such as metal, makes the surface inactive and slippery, thus exhibiting high releasability to an object on the surface. 2. We developed an original nanobubble generation device, the horn-type generator, which has a very simple structure compared to that of other generators, and has the following advantages: Plastic can be used as the material for low-cost production, decomposition and cleaning are easy, and nanobubbles can be generated using low pressure. [Representative's message] We have been approved for a subsidy from the “Next-Generation Innovation Creation Project 2020” of the Tokyo metropolitan government for R&D of world-first medical products. Moreover, we have been selected for a Monozukuri Craftsmanship Subsidy of METI for three consecutive years, and are also approved for the Disaster Risk Control Technology Application Support Program in 2015 and New Products/New Technologies Development Support Program in 2015. We have been aiming for best-in-the-industry quality as a plastic article manufacturer since our foundation in 1968, and making every effort to improve our skills and increase our knowledge. We will continue to strengthen the relationship with our current customers in a win-win situation, while placing high importance on the development of new sales channels such as matching sites, to construct a solid management base. [Company structure for market development/overseas expansion] We actively participate in exhibitions and sales meetings held by public supporting institutions of the national government or the Tokyo metropolitan government, financial institutions, and others. At these opportunities, we grasp the current problems and respond with suitable proposals to develop new sales channels. We will continue to improve our unique technologies and develop novel products by making full use of the current subsidies from governments or public supporting institutions to develop new business areas.
