[Company strength]
We have established a production system without delays by drastically eliminating waste. This has been done to support market needs for small-lot orders and quick delivery. We have also adopted a system with the best human resources, and pursue the quickest deliveries, minimum prices, and deliveries with no inferior products. We promote 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) improvement activities for the whole company. Our goal is to improve productivity by removing waste and by working comfortably in a clean environment. Our factory has acquired JIS Q 9100 and ISO 9001 certification. We are advancing business activities in line with customer satisfaction and being environmentally friendly. 

[Business description]
We manufacture precision machine parts for all kinds of fields by making use of our wealth of equipment. This includes 155 sets of the latest high-precision machine tools such as five-axis machining centers, and three-dimensional measuring equipment. We conduct integrated in-house processing covering from material procurement to material cutting, machining (turning, milling, slot processing, form rolling, and so on), grinding, and inspection (size and shape measurement). We can provide support from prototype making to mass production according to customer requests.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We receive high evaluations from our customers. This is based on the processing technology we have been accumulating through our achievements for more than half a century, and our possession of the latest high-precision machine tools. We have confidence as machining professionals who can make improvement proposals for processing according to customer requests (for the material, shape and size, and so on). We have the processing technology know-how to manage equipment from the latest machine tools to general-purpose machines. We have the processing know-how to figure out how to make handmade processing jigs according to the article to be processed.

We take on challenges from micro processing to the macro world based on the technology we have accumulated through our many years of experience and results since our foundation. This is also based on our corporate philosophy of advancing business with the utmost sincerity about everything. We are focusing on cultivating markets in order to acquire new customers and to expand our business toward support for new product applications.
