We handle integrated processing from trial manufacturing to mass production and assembly according to various customer needs. We make full use of our ample equipment such as simultaneous five-axis machining centers and vertical CNC lathes. This is how we have achieved high-precision processing and assembly of any kind of complicated shape, and quick deliveries with 24-hour support. We have also prepared various kinds of inspection equipment. We can provide customers with satisfactory products with our absolute quality guarantee.

[Business description]
We are a precision machining company that handles integrated processing from aluminum shaving to procuring and processing cast products and forged products. We can handle a wide range of requirements such as taking on the challenge of difficult-to-machine materials like nonferrous system alloys (copper alloy, brass, titanium, magnesium alloy, and so on). This is in addition to aluminum alloy as our main material, as well as machining resin-system materials.

[Strength of products/technologies]
(1) We introduced five sets of high-speed simultaneous five-axis machining centers so we can provide high-precision, high-quality precision machining technology with 24-hour operation. 
(2) We can support a wide range of requirements such as taking on the challenge of difficult-to-machine materials and machining resin system materials. This is in addition to nonferrous system alloys, which are our main materials (aluminum alloy, brass and magnesium alloy, etc.).
(3) We can accept orders for products with complicated shapes, and integrated orders from single-piece prototypes to mass production.
(4) We can handle tasks from assembly to gas and air leak testing as well as processing.
(5) We have introduced the Tokyo Seimitsu Surfcom 1900DX3 surface roughness and contour shape measuring machine to enable the measurement of complicated shapes!


[Representative's message]
We repeatedly conduct deliberations at review sessions including examinations of processing methods, machining conditions, and even improvement proposals from the customer’s planning stage. Our goal is to manufacture better products from prototype making to mass production. In these technical examination sessions we analyze processing conditions including the wealth of know-how we have obtained in trial manufacturing and improvement activities. This is registered in our in-house network, applied to improvement activities for new prototypes and mass products, and utilized for reducing time and cost. We hope to make proposals towards better products when high technical requirements are needed by the customer, based on the high-precision Monozukuri craftsmanship we have been cultivating for many years.

We support our customers’ R&D activities with our small-lot products such as prototypes, and with our wealth of machinery, measuring equipment, and reliable technological power. This is why we participate in various exhibitions and business meetings to spread knowledge of our company’s technology and products to customers in various industries, and to acquire new customers.
