[Company strength]
We have been continuing as a comprehensive manufacturer of ordinary shafts, feed screws, and slide shafts for more than 50 years since our foundation. We support various customer requests as a group of craftsmen based on the technology and experience we have been accumulating for half a century.

[Business description]
We manufacture shafts, rolls, and long-length shafts for general industrial machinery (injection molding machines, printers, blowers, principal axes of pumps, and many others). 
We manufacture and sell semiconductor manufacturing equipment, feed screws and nuts for medical peripheral equipment, and precision feed screws.
We also manufacture and sell standardized linear shafts.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We procure materials in-house for general industrial machinery, including S45C, SCN440, and SUS (stainless steel). We can process lengths up to 10 meters in small lots with a short delivery time. We can manufacture sliding screws according to various applications, such as long-length screws, small-diameter screws, and multi-thread screws. We conduct 100% of the total processing for our hardened slide shafts in Japan, from material procurement to the manufacturing step. This is why we receive customer trust for our stable quality and quick deliveries.

We do business with 300 or more companies in Japan, including 16 major companies listed on the stock exchange. Every year we start to do business with several new companies (eight companies in 2016) and expand our sales network. We submit our products to exhibitions throughout Japan, including M-Tech, and advertise our products. We advertise our products for overseas expansion through client manufacturers and the overseas sales networks of trading companies. In the future we hope to further cultivate vendors in the Asia region.

We have assigned regional sales staff in East Japan (Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture), West Japan (Nishi Ward, Osaka City), Chubu (Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture), and Tohoku (Ishikawa Town, Fukushima Prefecture). Our technology development staff in the engineering department and sales engineers in the manufacturing department will support technical consultations and visit customers.

Mechanical shafts for production (we have a top-class share in East Japan). Mantle shafts for chip mounters (we supply our products to about 50% of domestic Japanese manufacturers).
