[Company strength]
We support high-precision, quick-delivery prototype manufacturing. Our factory features 24-hour operation and constant temperature control to enable quick deliveries of high-precision machining. We possess eight machining centers with sizes exceeding 1 m, and we have confidence in large-scale machining. We have arranged a production system for all kinds of products, from mass products to high-mix low-volume production. Our factory can support quick deliveries under a 24-hour operation system. Constant temperature control gives us the highest advantages in Monozukuri craftsmanship that can support requirements for high accuracy.

[Business description]
We mainly machine materials with a focus on aluminum, and also including SUS, FC (cast iron), and so on. We cover from various kinds of large-scale processing to long article processing, and supply high-precision products with quick delivery times. We contribute to shortening delivery times and improving quality. This is done by conducting integrated processing from die casting to machining, and from prototype processing to mass production with the support of our cooperating factories. Our products are utilized in a variety of fields. These include semiconductor manufacturing equipment, liquid crystal manufacturing equipment, aircraft parts, heavy machinery parts, parts for ship-building and marine vessels, and medical equipment.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can also provide prototype manufacturing with revised proposals or prototypes. We can propose an optimal material and processing method, cost reduction, and shorter lead time based on our original processing know-how. We have introduced 3D CAD so we can realize effective, high-precision Monozukuri craftsmanship. This is achieved by effective design, trial manufacturing, and examination, followed by direct transmission of the CAM data to the machining center. We have attained plane precision of 0.01 in large-sized processing of products with complicated shapes. This is based on our advanced technology and the know-how we have been accumulating for many years.

We have been involved in Monozukuri craftsmanship since our foundation in 1947. Customer needs have tended to change drastically in recent years, so we feel that our company also needs to change flexibly by taking advantage of the smallness of our organization. We are now working hard to train engineers in order to catch up with quick deliveries. We hope to ascertain customer needs and cultivate markets by enhancing our support abilities.

We have currently assigned three staff members to sales. We are now training sales engineers who can handle machining in order to strengthen our sales unit. At present only a part of our facility is under 24-hour operation. We will establish an in-house production system by training young engineers so our whole facility can operate 24 hours a day.
