[Company strength]
To become a proposal-based company, we introduced a series of facilities for conducting all manufacturing processes in-house, including prototype fabrication, die design, manufacturing, molding, and assembly. We believe that this integrated production system is critical for achieving high-speed, low-cost production while preventing information leakage. Our molding machines handle 10 to 550 tons in mass, and machining is conducted using NC lathes and milling machines. In addition to machining, we perform secondary processing using ultrasonic welding, laser welding, and UV-curable urethane. We also make proposals that use new technologies for solving customers’ problems.

Our main line of business is general plastic molding, which includes support for product design, prototype fabrication and die design, and manufacturing and mass production of moldings and assemblies.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We use our original technologies to conduct hot melt molding (the mount board is molded at low pressure and low temperature), as well as high-speed, mass-production molding of dry carbon. Dry carbon products used to be made by hand by skilled technicians, which made it rather expensive. Our high-speed dry carbon molding stabilized the quality, and lowered the cost of mass production. For super engineering plastics that excel in heat and chemical resistance, we can mass produce PI (polyimide) and PEEK (polyether ether ketone) products with high precision.

[Market share/Ranking]
Gas meters, one of our main products, use UVFG technology (UV-curable foam gaskets), and we hold 30% of the domestic market. High-speed dry carbon molding is our original technology. The TSK racing simulator is also our original product. Each lot is customized to the customer’s needs, and manufactured on a build-to-order basis. The high-quality dry carbon products give us a comparative advantage.
