Our company develops, manufactures, and sells plastic industrial machine parts, medical equipment parts, and decorative parts. We also design, manufacture, and sell molds for plastic injection molding. We are now engaged in developing, manufacturing, and selling our in-house Omine Pro Bolt insert bolt.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Our company makes technical proposals about plastic parts by considering the environment of use. We make use of various molding methods for product manufacturing. We manufacture products from thermoplastic resins by injection molding and from thermosetting resins by direct pressure molding, vacuum forming, or blow forming. We also conduct machining, coating, plating, printing, and bonding as secondary processing for molded products at the request of customers.

Our company has been manufacturing high-precision, high-quality plastic parts since its establishment in 1960 as a molding manufacturer of various plastic parts. This includes development of our in-house Omine Pro Bolt product, which is a metal bolt with a nylon resin head. We recently introduced 3D printers to manufacture high-quality added-value products. We also introduced peripheral processing equipment to satisfy customer requests for high-mix low-volume production of high-quality added-value products at quick turnarounds. This is how we are working to assist our customers, who are supporting our company.

The expected functions of machine parts vary depending on the environment of use. Our staff in charge of cultivating sales channels make technical proposals from various aspects, such as durability, shock resistance, slidability, weather resistance, and abrasion resistance. We satisfy requests from many customers by conducting performance tests in collaboration with public organizations.
