[Company strength]
We set up our own research facility when we were founded and have been committed to R&D ever since as we believe that our future depends on the constant development of unprecedented products. As a result, we have industry-leading development capabilities and have registered many patents. We have strong technical skills. Machines alone cannot apply high-quality coatings to equipment varying in shape and size; it requires the skills of veteran artisans. We focus on developing capable human resources by providing various opportunities for skill improvement including training and workshops.

We are a specialist coating company that provides functional coatings of fluororesin (Teflon), PEEK resin, PPS resin, super engineering plastics, engineering plastics, and ceramic materials. We improve the productivity of production line equipment or jigs and improve product functions by adding various essential functions, such as corrosion resistance or non-adhesiveness, to metal materials and equipment. We provide highly functional surface treatment based on scientific analysis and offer proposals that best satisfy customers’ requests, thereby assisting more effective and efficient manufacturing.

[Strength of products/technologies]
We were the world’s first company to successfully form a coating thickness film of high-function resin PEEK. Coating this PEEK resin onto a metal base adds excellent functions to the base, such as resistance to metallic ion elution, wear resistance, or insulation. PEEK resin features the best sliding performance, tensile strength, bending strength, compressive strength, surface hardness, and thermal conductivity among existing thermal plastic resins. In addition, by forming composite films with fluororesin, sliding performance and non-adhesiveness can be added to the coated surface.

Our own technology of processing PEEK resin is becoming recognized and respected in various fields. We are adding more processing techniques, finding new applications, and working hard to sell our products outside Japan. To this end, we are developing the company and human resources in order to contribute to society.

We have an in-house system, backed by our own processing technology, that allows us to open new sales channels in foreign countries together with our business partners. In expectation of more inquiries about our products from other countries, we are considering ways to sell our products outside Japan.
