We cover in-house processing up to test processing, processing programming, and selection of processing conditions in cases where our supersonic processors are introduced. We can provide complete customer follow-up from the introduction of the processor to shortening the time before start-up.

We design, manufacture, and sell supersonic processors for high-quality, high-efficiency processing of brittle material (glass, ceramics, and so on) using ultrasonic processing technology. We can also take on consignment supersonic processing in cases where the processing volume is too small to introduce a supersonic processor, and we can support high-mix low-volume processing.

We have accumulated extensive data on supersonic resonance technology and supersonic processing technology. This is how we can conduct processor development and make tool proposals according to the particulars of your processing. We have established a system for supersonic resonance to reduce the cost and time by making use of analysis software.

We have added Korean and Taiwanese versions of our corporate website in order to promote the use of supersonic processors for brittle material processing at factories in Korea and Taiwan. We participate in business matching meetings for SMEs in Taiwan and Korea. We will look for Korean and Taiwanese partner enterprises with which we can conclude agency agreements. We have already established a system in Japan for cooperation with several Japanese processor manufacturers. We hope to promote market expansion with our NC supersonic processors.
