We offer integrated production of metal products such as automobile parts.

We make use of our integrated production technology covering from pressing to welding, assembly, coating, and surface treatment. We have accumulated this technology in parts production for automobile manufacturers. We have a wide range of experience. We support parts assembly related to housing, agricultural machines and medical treatment tools, industrial part pressing, and supplying barrel grinding and buff grinding applied parts. We offer processing using dedicated equipment for multiple welding that we devised for manufacturing difficult-to-assemble parts. We are now devising a system to resolve product conveyance inefficiency, which has been a bottleneck in our company. We hope to supply this product to companies that have similar problems.

Arc and TIG welding of stainless steel (muffler parts)
