[Company strength]
Our company has been approved by Ota Ward as an Ota Brand Company (registration No. 4). Our plant was certified by the Ota Ward Industrial Development Committee as an Excellent Factory in 2006. We have more than 30 partner manufacturers in Ota Ward and Kawasaki City, including secondary processors, to manufacture high-quality products even in a short period of time. Our employees regard customer satisfaction as our greatest asset, and they are voluntarily trying to improve our services, aiming at capturing new possibilities without adhering to our existing technologies. We can meet any needs that you might come across in day-to-day operations, including those for processing non-metal materials

[Business description]
We offer general manufacturing services. Our company covers all kinds of manufacturing processes (such as milling, turning, polishing, wire EDM, welding, and sheet metal working). We apply these services to acquire consignment manufacturing contracts on any scale from made-to-order production to mass production, and cater to various customer needs such as speed and cost. Another line of business is manufacturing labor-saving equipment that makes use of such precision parts. We also take on prototype development, which is handled by experienced staff.

Our plant excels in technology, skills, and management, which is attested by the fact that we have received Excellent Factory approval from Ota Ward. This general manufacturing factory can meet a wide variety of customer needs, as expressed in our lineup.
(1) We produce jigs and tools, and various precision device parts.
(2) We design and manufacture labor-saving devices and equipment.
(3) We established a new department in 2006 to offer design and manufacturing services regarding various connector jigs and tools.
We will continue to pursue new possibilities without sticking to our existing technologies.

Customer satisfaction is a shared goal for all our employees, and every one of us is trying hard to improve our services. Our philosophy is that you can come to us when you are in trouble, and we strive to be a company that can satisfy all kinds of needs.

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We aim to become a group of engineers who can provide all kinds of services from consulting to processing. This is why we introduced large machining centers in 2007 (X 2000, Y 1000, Z 760), and a Yamazaki Mazak NC turning Quick Turn Smart 300 in 2014. We also replaced the fluorescent lamps in our plant and office with LED lamps in the same year, and reduced our energy consumption by 40% a year. Our organization pursues new opportunities, and we are always ready to offer all kinds of solutions without slipping into complacency.
