Our company is involved in a wide range of product development activities conducted by individuals, companies, universities, and medical institutions. In the medical field we can create 3D printing models by converting CT scan, MRI, and other data to 3D CAD data. We can manufacture even small to medium quantities, which 3D printing is not good at, without making molds. This is done by using vacuum cast molding. We can facilitate product development when mass production is required by operating our injection molding facilities in Tokyo 24 hours a day. We offer relief for our customers’ workloads because we provide one-stop services without limiting ourselves to prototype manufacturing or mass production. You can realize cost reduction with our efficient system. We also have a wide range of resins to choose from for injection molding.

Our company was established as a plastic injection molding company in 1965. We have been committed to creating a safe, secure, and clean environment ever since, as well as to the development of molding technicians. Our resulting technological strength has earned the trust of a major container manufacturer as a partner factory. Many companies have offshored mass production methods like plastic injection molding, but we have survived in Japan by making cleanness and quality control our strengths. We introduced 3D printers in 2010, and established a business development department to solidify our partnerships and bonds with our customers while simultaneously enhancing our 3D CAD technology. We have strengthened our relationship with the development departments of major companies and with medical institutions since then, and we are working hard to improve our technological strength.
