We carry out front-to-back processing including planning, design, manufacturing, and sales. This is why we are able to respond to our customer’s detailed needs. In addition, because we have one of Japan’s few thin-blade production lines, we can make optimal proposals for thin blades that are full of our know-how.

We manufacture razor products and special thin blades from planning and design to sales. 
We manufacture our blades utilizing our thin blade manufacturing know-how. They are used in a wide range of areas such as the twisted thread and food industries, optical fiber cutting, and various kinds of research.

[Strength of products/technologies]
Thin blades have extremely thin plate thicknesses of 0.1 mm to 0.15 mm, so it is very difficult to manage hardening and blade attachment with high precision. We have conducted original research and improvement activity in this field for many years, and accumulated the thin blade mass production know-how we have today. In addition, we can create blades according to various needs by using our original blade-tip disposal method.

Our company celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2013. We manufacture thin blades, including the manufacturing and sales of razor blades and razor products. Special technology is required for manufacturing razor blades. We will continue to refine our original technology to pursue stable quality as a special blade manufacturer. We will promote the expansion of our business overseas as customers make use of our products.

We have a development sales section as the point of contact for inquiries from major companies and overseas companies. The engineering section will respond to customers for technical consultations.
