[Company strength]
We have an integrated production system that covers design, machining works, surface treatment, and assembly as well as our own special functional plating. We will use these systems to address any issues that customers might have, such as improving productivity and durability. Our NIWPHOS is a ternary alloy created using an electroless method. It is composed of nickel, tungsten, and phosphorus. The alloy is so acid resistant that it does not resolve in hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, or hydrochloric acid, and it also excels in terms of coating thickness uniformity. We also offer environmentally friendly products such as lead-free TECHNO PHOS and PHOS BLACK III. We can apply electroless nickel deposition to long lines (2000 mm × 2000 mm).

Surface treatment is our key technology. Our company manufactures precision equipment by conducting design and other phases including machining work, surface treatment, and assembly. This production system can shorten the lead time for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and labor saving equipment. It stabilizes quality, and lowers the cost of production.
We offer standard surface treatment such as plating and alumite. We also particularly excel at applying our own special surface treatment technologies, including TECHNO PHOS (high lubrication surface treatment), and PHOS BLACK III (black electroless nickel).

[Strength of products/technologies]
We can provide optimal solutions for individual customer needs as a one-stop service with our special function plating, whether for special or ordinary surface treatment. We have an extensive self-developed product portfolio, including TECHNO PHOS (high lubrication surface treatment), PHOS BLACK (black electroless nickel), and NIWPHOS (ternary alloy plating for enhanced chemical and corrosion resistance). Our lineup also includes HIGH BLACK II, SOLBLACK (low reflection, high absorption black electroless plating), and HIGH BLACK II (for RoHS compliance). 

[Representative's message]
We developed PHOS BLACK III in response to the tightened environmental regulations in the EU. This is a condensed black electroless nickel that is free of lead and chrome. This is a one-of-a-kind surface treatment and we cannot possibly accept all the orders coming from many countries. This is why we intend to find partners for consignment manufacturing, and sell the know-how including the treatment liquid and production facilities. 

[Company structure for market development/overseas expansion]
We have an engineer visit the customer with the sales representative to respond to customer needs.
We reinforced our dealings with major companies after setting up our Tokyo sales office and Tokai sales office. We are also considering opening up a West Japan sales office. We are still undecided about what framework we should adopt for overseas expansion. However, there are prior examples, such as licensing to Airod (Malaysia) in 1997, and Heeang Techflon (Korea) in 2004.
