Hiki Optics CO., LTD.
We develop mainly interchangeable lenses for digital single-lens reflex cameras and surveillance camera lenses.
Since our foundation, we have been engaged in mass production of optical equipment as OEM for major companies. We develop, design, prototype, and mass produce optical lenses and assemble, manufacture, and sell image processing equipment. In recent years, we have been developing real-time panoramic image technologies using fish-eye lenses, which are under attention from various sectors. We are also developing products for the energy and security sectors, as well as nursing care and general medical equipment.
[Product description] We design and develop prototypes fish-eye lenses with an angle of over-180 degrees. Users can correct distortion of lenses with different projection systems with software for panoramic expansion. These lenses can be applied to inner diameter inspections of cylindrical products and other purposes, in addition to hobby applications. We are developing a technology to correct distortion of real-time moving images at present. Once developed, it is expected to cater to broadcasting and medical purposes. [Authorization/Certification] Obtained ISO14001. Obtained ISO9001.
[Product description] We prepare optical performance data of our product and issue a certificate with examination results. This will enable the users to obtain detailed data on the performance of a sample to use it as a master sample for quality comparison, without purchasing inspection equipment themselves. We can also handle total inspection for quality assurance of mass-produced items. We can identify the glass material/metal of a lens, whose origin is unknown, as the first step for obtaining digital data of the lens to manufacture a similar product. [Authorization/Certification] Obtained ISO14001. Obtained ISO9001. [Major facilities and equipment] Optical design software ZEMAX , high precision eccentricity measuring apparatus Trioptics OptiSpheric-Centric, MTF measurement device Trioptics ImageMaster HR , and non-contact center-to-center spacing measuring device Trioptics OptiSurf
