Manufacturing of molds for a wide range of uses including for automobiles, batteries, cameras, health care and foods
We provide optimal mass-production molds which guarantee durability, stable quality and conformity to your system requirements. We also undertake molding for trial manufacturing as well as product evaluation. Since our foundation we have engaged in the development of housings of camera units of mobile phones and control components for water-section pipes in direct cooperation with manufacturers. We have also successfully established a system conforming to corporate needs by gradually introducing precision machining equipment designed to adapt to new molding materials and high tech plastics.
[Product description] We can process non-straight small diameter holes by electrical discharge machining with size/shape accuracy of ±5μm and inner surface accuracy (Rz) of 1μm or finer. The minimum hole diameter we can treat is 0.35 mm and the length should be 6 mm or under; there must be taper or unevenness on the inner diameter. Workable materials are of 60 HRC or under. We cut materials with a precision wire cutter and measure them because the measurement of actual shape, size and surface accuracy is infeasible. [Product description] We propose products with complex shapes made utilizing the advantages of low viscosity (thermosetting) resin. Our processing technology takes advantage of properties of low viscosity resin and is capable of integrated molding of items with complex shapes and precise finishing of treated surfaces. We use this technology to propose the creation of products with unprecedented shapes. It is applicable to product integration and items requiring more microscopic shapes. [Product description] We shape difficult-to-machine materials into complex forms in one process with size/shape accuracy of ±1μm. This can minimize dispersions in positional accuracy which occur during multiple processes including electrical discharge machining and at the same time it finishes with surface accuracy (Rz) of 1μm or finer. This technology also allows you to incorporate fine items with complex shapes into one and thus enhance their strength while reducing their sizes. [Product description] This technology can process long shafts with uneven shapes and small diameters to which drawing process is inapplicable. Workable pieces are small-diameter shafts larger than 1 mm in overall diameter and 200 mm in length with unevenness or round-shaped edges. The size accuracy is ±5μm, the coaxiality is 5μm and the surface accuracy (Rz) is 1μm or finer. We can process any materials of 50 HRC or harder including cemented carbides without problems. This technology allows you to incorporate items with small diameters into one and downsize them.
